Services

Nine services. One supplier.

You can take all of it or any part of it. Brands come to us with a finished tech pack and only want production; others arrive with a photograph on their phone. Both are normal.

How it fits together

You talk to one person.
Four teams answer.

No broker between you and the floor. Your project manager sits in the building where the bags are made.

The service ecosystem Your brand sits at the centre with a single contact. Four teams connect to it: design, holding design and development, tech packs and sampling; sourcing, holding materials, hardware and trims, and customisation; production, holding bulk production and quality control; and delivery, holding packaging, logistics and fulfilment. Your brand one contact Design Design & development Technical drawings & tech packs Sampling & prototyping Sourcing Materials Hardware & trims Branding & customisation Production Bulk production Quality control In-line inspection Delivery Packaging Logistics & fulfilment Export documentation
Each team works from the same tech pack, so a change in one is visible to the other three the same day.

01

Design & development

From a reference photo, a mood board or a half-finished idea to a bag that can actually be built at your price.

  • Silhouette and proportion studies, two or three directions
  • Construction method chosen against cost and durability
  • Hardware, lining and trim proposals, each costed
  • Open costing, so you can see what a change is worth

02

Technical drawings & tech packs

The document the whole project runs on. Every panel dimensioned, every seam specified, every component listed and sourced.

  • Dimensioned flats, exploded views and construction notes
  • Bill of materials with supplier, reference and consumption
  • Stitch spec: type, density, thread weight, edge treatment
  • Yours to keep, in PDF and editable source, whoever builds it

03

Sampling & prototyping

First sample, fit sample, counter sample. Every round photographed and logged against the pack, so nobody argues about what changed.

  • First sample in 72 hours from an approved pack
  • Typically 2 to 3 rounds before sign-off
  • Sealed counter sample held here and sent to you
  • Sample costs credited against bulk, per the quote

04

Material & hardware sourcing

We buy from tanneries, mills and hardware makers we already work with, and we will quote your nominated suppliers alongside ours.

  • Physical swatch card by courier before anything is ordered
  • Lead time and minimum quoted per component, not averaged
  • Traceability documents where the supplier provides them
  • Nominated suppliers accepted and managed on your behalf

05

Branding & customisation

The details that make it yours rather than a white-label bag with a sticker on it.

  • Blind embossing, debossing and hot stamping in foil
  • Custom hardware: plates, pulls, feet, buckles, moulded parts
  • Printed and jacquard linings; woven, leather and care labels
  • Tooling quoted once and reused across every later run

06

Bulk production

Cutting, skiving, edge finishing, assembly, closing and finishing, on lines that stay with your style for the length of the run.

  • Capacity 5,200 units a month across 12 lines
  • Minimum 50 units per style, per colourway
  • Weekly progress photographs, unprompted
  • Repeat runs from the sealed counter sample, no re-sampling

07

Quality control

Five checkpoints between a raw hide and a sealed carton, at an AQL you set before production starts.

  • Incoming material checked against the approved swatch
  • In-line inspection at cutting and at assembly
  • Final random inspection at AQL 2.5 major and 4.0 minor
  • Pre-shipment report with photographs, before the carton is sealed

08

Packaging

What the customer opens is part of the product. We make it here rather than hand it to a third party at the last minute.

  • Dust bags, boxes, tissue, hang tags and care cards
  • Barcodes, price tickets and size stickers applied in house
  • Retail-ready or direct-to-consumer polybag and carton specs
  • Recycled and FSC-certified stock available

09

Logistics & fulfilment

Paperwork, freight and delivery to the door you nominate, whether that is your warehouse, your 3PL, or a distribution centre that needs its own labelling.

  • Export documentation and certificates of origin
  • EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, quoted so you can compare
  • Sea, air and consolidated freight booked on your behalf
  • Split shipments to several destinations from one run

Take all of it, or one part.

  • NDA on request
  • First sample in 72 hours
  • MOQ from 50 units
