Figures are placeholders until we quote your style. A number here that pretended to be universal would be useless to you and dishonest of us.
50 units per style, per colourway. Lower runs are possible on short run terms, usually when a style shares materials and hardware with another in the same order. The minimum is driven by what the mills and hardware makers will sell us, not by our own appetite.
72 hours from an approved tech pack. If you are starting from a sketch, add the design and tech pack stages, which run 6 days between them. Custom hardware runs on its own calendar and should start in parallel.
4 to 6 weeks after pre-production sign-off for a typical order. Material lead times sit before that and are quoted per component rather than averaged, because the slowest component sets the date. The order-size chart shows how the two move together.
Materials, hardware, labour minutes, overhead and margin, listed separately. You see what each component costs, which means you can see what a change is worth before you ask for it. A lining swap that saves €0.40 per unit is a different conversation from one that saves €4.
Yes. A sample costs €60, covering materials and the sample room's time, and it is credited against bulk when the order is placed. Factories that sample free recover it somewhere, usually in the unit price.
You do. Designs you bring stay yours. Designs we develop for you transfer to you on final payment, tech pack included, and you are free to take that pack to another factory. We do not keep a right to produce your style for anyone else.
Yes. A mutual NDA before you share anything, sent the same day you ask. Independently of any agreement, we do not show one client's designs to another, and the case studies on this site are anonymised unless the client has given written permission.
30% deposit at pre-production sign-off, balance against the pre-shipment inspection report, so you pay the balance after you have seen the inspection, not before. Terms for repeat clients are agreed case by case.
Sea, air or consolidated freight, quoted EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP so you can compare like with like. Under DDP we handle duty and clearance; under the others you do, and we provide the documents, including certificates of origin.
Yes, scheduled or unannounced during working hours. Social and technical audits by you or a third party you appoint are welcome. If travel is not practical, we will walk the floor on video with the camera where you point it. See the atelier.
