Privacy notice

This notice explains how enquiry information submitted through this website is used. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

Who handles the information

Museo Industry, Quartier Sidi Ghanem 245, 40000 Marrakech, Morocco, is the contact for personal information collected through this website. Contact contact@museofactory.com or +212 6 88 170 170 for privacy requests.

Information collected

When you submit a contact or project form, the fields you complete may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, product and material preferences, quantities, target dates, budget range and message. Please do not include information that is unnecessary or confidential. Files are requested by email separately and are not uploaded through these forms. Website hosting and form systems may also process basic technical and security information such as request data and IP address.

Why it is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, assess a potential project, prepare a quotation, communicate about a possible or current order, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse. The applicable legal basis depends on the circumstances and may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where required.

Service providers and transfers

Forms are submitted through Web3Forms. The website is hosted using Cloudflare services, and business email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers process information to provide their services and may use infrastructure in other countries. Web3Forms states that submission data may be retained for up to three years; its current privacy notice and processing terms describe its infrastructure and retention. Please review those provider terms for further details. International transfers, where applicable, must use a valid legal mechanism.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping requirements or handle a claim. Web3Forms’ own form retention settings may retain submissions for up to three years. Appropriate measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us using the details above. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority, including Morocco’s CNDP. If European data protection law applies, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
